What is my customer number?

Your customer number is 5 or 6 digits long. This can be found on the piece of paper containing your address label, which you receive with your magazine or on any correspondence.

How can I update my email address?

How quickly will I be able to access my digital subscription?

As soon as your digital subscription has been confirmed by an email acknowledgement, you will be able to access the latest issue. Instructions on how to access it will be in your email acknowledgement.
From that point, you will receive all future issues, as long as your subscription remains active.

What if my magazine issue doesn’t arrive?

Although we will do our utmost to ensure that your magazine is delivered around the same time it is available in the shops, on some occasions it is possible it may be unavoidably delayed. We therefore ask that you please allow an extra 3 days for delivery before contacting us.

If after 3 days you have yet to receive your issue, call us and we will be happy to help.

If we become aware of any potential delivery delays, we will send an e-mail to all affected subscribers informing them of the delay. If you wish to receive advance warning of any delays, please ensure we have your current email address.

You can also visit the Royal Mail website for the most up-to-date information regarding any potential delays.

 

How long will it normally take to arrive outside of the UK?

We aim to deliver your printed magazine within 10-15 working days. If you have a persistent delivery issue, please contact us and we will endeavour to help. We are also able to offer digital subscriptions, which will give you instant access to our magazines and content.

How long will it normally take for my special/products to arrive?

If you have purchased one of our print magazine specials or single issues, your purchase will be processed and delivered within 3 working days for orders within the UK and up to 10 working days for orders outside of the UK. In most cases we will deliver your item much quicker.

This also applies to any free gifts that may be included with your subscription.

Digital issues can be downloaded immediately. Details on how to access them are sent via your order acknowledgement email.

 

What is a bundle magazine subscription?

A bundle magazine subscription is a subscription that enables you to have both the digital magazine to download and the print magazine delivered. It offers you the best of both subscriptions at heavily discounted rates. Each issue of the print magazine will be delivered to your door, and when you want to read on the go you will also be able to access it on your mobile or tablet.

How do I renew my subscription?

If you paid for your subscription as a one-off payment by using either your credit/debit card, PayPal or cheque, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription.

Please note, if you pay by a recurring payment method such as Direct Debit, continuous credit card or recurring PayPal you do not need to renew your subscription as your contract will continue until you cancel it with ourselves and your bank.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all of the following payment methods for recurring payments: Direct Debit (UK only).
We also accept one-off payments by Credit/Debit Card and PayPal.

Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or Maestro.

 

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

We can even send you a gift card which will be delivered to the payer’s address for personalisation

 

How will I receive my free download code for subscribing to PC Pilot?

Your download code and relevant instructions will be sent to the email address registered to your Key Publishing account, usually within 48 hours of placing the order.

If for some reason we do not hold an email address, we will post the code and instructions to the delivery address that we hold on our system.
