We are looking for a part time Finance Assistant to work in our busy Finance team. You will need solid finance experience and the ability to be flexible to succeed in this role.
- Assist the Management accountant (MA) for monthly accounts preparation
- Be responsible for purchase ledger invoices
- Support the Sales Ledger function
- Own the administration of their Spanish subsidiary under the accounting guidance of the MA
- Administer the online expense system
Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience of working in a Finance environment
- Excellent administration experience in a wide and varied role
- Good communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work load
- Good Excel skills
- SAGE 200 accounting package or similar accounting software
The role is 5 days per week for circa 25 hours per week. Exact daily hours can be negotiated with the successful candidate.
